Why is my mRNA generation taking so long?

Our design jobs are computationally extensive. Extended times occur for large/complex genes or during peak usage

Can I close the platform and return to my projects later?

Yes. Feel free to close your browser and return to your project(s) later. We will send you an email when your job is complete. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email.

My mRNA generation failed. What should I do?

Verify your target mRNA or protein sequence is complete and valid. You can resubmit the job after fixing the issue. A failed job won't be counted toward your job limit.
